1099-R and 1042-S Tax Forms Now Available on myPHP
If you were scheduled to receive an IRS Form 1099 from the DGA Plans for the 2024 tax year, all forms have been sent via mail and, for the first time, made available to myPHP subscribers in your portal account under Documents and Forms > Tax Documents. Please note that some recipients may receive multiple 1099s.
