Plans’ office availability during COVID-19 pandemic
As circumstances surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) evolve, we want to keep you updated on what we are doing to protect the health and safety of you and our employees to ensure the Plans’ operations continue to operate smoothly.
We have implemented our business continuity plans and have asked a significant portion of our staff to work from home starting Monday, March 16, 2020. During this period, you may experience longer wait times and it may take a little longer to get a response, either by email or phone.
In addition, we have temporarily canceled all in-person meetings and visits at the Plans’ office. However, you can always contact us by phone, email, and video. All other Plans’ services will continue without interruption during our normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST).
Please rest assured that Plans’ staff is available and committed to service your needs as quickly as possible.
